Terms and Conditions
We at Luxoral prioritize the protection and safety of our website visitors and users. Our terms and conditions govern the activities of visitors and the relationship between them and Luxoral. These terms have been defined according to the specific needs and nature of our website, which provides dental hygiene services for children, adults, and seniors. We offer dental cleaning, consultations , x-rays, deep cleaning SRP, periodontal maintenance, regular cleaning and polishing prophylaxis, whitening and bleaching of the teeth, nutrition consultation, fluoride, sealants and referrals for dental exams.
What are our terms and conditions?
• Our website is open to everyone, but to access our services, you must sign up and create an account and reside in California counties of: Alameda, Contra Costa, Santa Clara, San Francisco and San Mateo.
• Our services are offered commercially and we reserve the right to change or modify them as needed.
• We are responsible for the services and products we offer, and we ensure that they meet the highest standards of care.
• We own all intellectual property, copyrights, and logos on our website.
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel member accounts if they violate our terms and conditions.
• We provide indemnification to our users to protect them from legal exposure.
• Our liability is limited, and we cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses incurred by our users.
• We reserve the right to change and modify our terms and conditions as needed.
• Parts of our terms and conditions are also governed by the laws in state of California DHBC.

Services and Bookings

​At Luxoral, we kindly ask for a $150 deposit to secure your reservation for any services booked online, in-person or by phone. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable, unless authorized by a Luxoral team member.

Some of our services require pre-approval by a luxoral provider. We have the right to decline a service or approve a service for the best interest of our patients and standard of care.

As per the California law, it is mandatory for all our patients and clients to visit a dentist for an exam and hygiene prescription or to visit their Physician or Surgeon Doctor within 18 months of their first consultation and cleaning appointment with Luxoral, in order to continue receiving our services and obtaining Dental Hygiene Prescription.

At Luxoral, we prioritize the health and safety of our patients. As part of our standard of care, we may postpone or decline services to patients who we believe are at high risk of stroke, heart attack, infection, other medical conditions that may require medical clearance or pre-medication prior to their teeth cleaning. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Luxoral is committed to maintaining a respectful and professional environment for all our employees and patients. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of disrespect or discrimination.

Our services are available at reduced rates based on quantity, bundle, or time-sensitive promotions. Please note that prices are subject to change.
In-House Plans

Luxoral offers in-house dental plans that are designed to meet the needs of every patient. Our plans are divided into regular cleaning and periodontal maintenance cleaning bundles, ensuring that you receive the care you need to maintain a healthy smile.

In-House plans promotions and prices are time sensitive and subject to change.

Please note that Luxoral's in-house plans are not insurance plans and cannot be used in-conjunction or for reimbursement with insurance. Our plans are designed to provide affordable and accessible dental hygiene healthcare services to our clients.

Each of our affordable in-house plans has its own set of benefits and perks. Please note that all plans are valid for 12 months only from the date of purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us.

Please note that once you enroll into the in-house plan of your choice with Luxoral, you cannot change, cancel or modify your existing plan and it is only assigned to one individual.

Once you purchase a plan with Luxoral provider, you'll be able to book all of your appointments based on the recommended cleaning frequency annually. This ensures that your spot is reserved all year round.

Our In-house plans and service fees are subject to change at luxoral’s will at any time. Services and In-house plans on promotions are time sensitive and tend to expire.
Cash and Insurance

At Luxoral we are a Fee for Service (FFS), we believe in transparency and simplicity when it comes to pricing. That's why we charge for the full service requested at the time of your reservation in person where services are rendered with no surprise fee.

At Luxoral we understand that dental care can be expensive. While we are not in network with any dental insurance providers, out of courtesy to our patients we can submit a claim form on your behalf to your dental insurance provider for reimbursement. Please note that Luxoral does not guarantee a full or partial reimbursement from your dental insurance provider. We will send the claim for the services performed and it is up to your insurance provider and you to finalize it

Please note that some of our services, such as Travel Fee and Hygiene Consultation, are not covered by dental insurance providers. These are out-of-pocket expenses that you will need to pay for separately.

At Luxoral, we prioritize our patients' needs and preferences. That's why we only send claims to PPO insurance, as per our patients' request. We do not work with HMOs at the moment.

We also provide dental hygiene services in groups, including families, friends, schools, nursing homes, senior homes, hospitals, and other industries. We are not in network with any dental insurance providers yet, however patients with PPO insurances and Medical, we will submit the claims on your behalf.
Travel Fee AKA: Luxoral Pass

At Luxoral we offer a mobile dental hygiene service that comes to you. Please note that there's a fee for this service which varies depending on the county you're located at the time of service. The fee will be automatically calculated when you schedule your appointment.

We are excited to offer our services in state of California to the counties of Alameda, San Mateo, Santa Clara, San Francisco and Contra Costa. Our website is designed to make it easy for you to choose your county and book your appointment online or in-person and by phone. Please note that each county has a different fee structure for traveling, which will be added automatically to the total amount of your service.

Luxoral is excited to offer waived travel fees to our clients from time to time, as part of our commitment helping patients receive the care they deserve.

Place of Service Requirements
- Luxoral may or may not use your electricity outlet to operate the dental machines at your place for the services required.
- Luxoral requires a home address and the address of where the services will be taking place on record.
- To ensure a smooth delivery of our services, please inform your luxoral provider with the necessary information to enter your gated community. This includes any passwords or passkeys required to access the premises.
- Luxoral is committed to being a great mobile dental services and respecting the residential areas surrounding the place where services are rendered. As such, we require a parking lot that is within the reasonable walk to the premises to unload and load our mobile dental equipments and park our company vehicles. This helps to minimize any disruption to the local community and maintain a positive and considerable relationship.
- When it comes to ensuring the safety and comfort of our staff, we kindly request that you inform us of any pets in your residence or if any accessibility is required before our staff enters. This will allow us to make the necessary arrangement and provide you with the best possible service.
- Luxoral values the safety and well-being of all pets and animals. Therefore, we kindly request that during our service appointments, a responsible individual other than the patient takes care of any pets or animals present in the house until the end of our visit.
- At Luxoral, we prioritize the safety of our patients and employees. We want that your residence are safe and easily accessible for our employees, with clear pathways at the time of your reservation for ease and safe equipment transportation.
- When booking your reservation with Luxoral, please let us know if accessing your residence may require the use of stairs. This will help us ensure that we are prepared for your reservation and can provide you with the best possible service.
- Your privacy is really important to us. To maintain privacy, we recommend a private controlled space for our services to take place and ease of communication and discussions regarding your oral and systemic health condition/s.
- When booking an appointment with your Luxoral provider, please make sure to inform them if the patient is bed-bound or in a wheelchair and if they are in a nursing home or hospital. This will help ensure that our provider is fully prepared to meet you.
